The classes will include poses to help rebuild your core strength, realigning the spine, hips and pelvis as well as releasing muscle tension, particularly around the shoulders and upper spine due to breast-feeding and carrying your newborn. We ask that you bring along a blanket for your bub to lie on and that you recommence these classes after your 6 week post natal check with your caregiver.
