There will now be 2 Kids Yoga classes a week during school terms. Please register your interest ASAP as classes fill up very quickly. Classes are taken by the lovely Beth from KarmaKidsYoga - she has a wealth of experience and has been practising yoga for over 25 years. Beth trained in early childhood and Montessori, and completed her Kids Yoga training in New York in 2005.
