We specialise in teaching PreNatal Yoga. Pregnancy is a time for expecting mums to nurture their bodies whilst going on this wonderful journey towards motherhood.
There are significant changes in a woman's body throughout pregnancy and it is beneficial to stay connected with these changes; observing the body’s amazing capacity to create from a place that is open, honest and without judgement. The journey of pregnancy, birth and beyond is a way of connecting to some of the core yogic principles of self-awareness, self-acceptance as well as the sense of letting go or surrendering to what is and what will be.
