At Yoga Mama we practice classic Hatha Yoga in a welcoming and supportive environment.
Whilst we specialise in pre and post natal classes, our General classes are open to both men and women. Classes combine traditional postures with a conscious focus on the breath with the aim of aligning the body, mind and spirit. Our classes encourage self-awareness and are structured to meet the needs and abilities of all individuals.

3 Hour Intensive - Sat 4 September

Join us for a 3 hour workshop with Deb Manoy - "GENTLY SOFTENING" a great way to come into Spring and accept all that flows. The workshop will focus on connecting with what we feel as opposed to what we think. Limited to only 12 people, please contact us to book your place.

Yoga Philosophy and Kirtan Night


We had a great evening with Swami Govindananda last Friday who had so much of his wisdom to share with us in so little time!! A refreshing and insightful evening including the beautiful kirtan experience. He will be back from 10 Sept for a 5 week Meditation Course. See more info under Courses and Workshops....

Timetable Change from Monday 16 August


Please note that there are two changes to the timetable commencing Monday 16 August:

i) A new General class will be on Mondays from 7 - 8.15pm

ii) And a replacement PreNatal class will now be held on Tuesdays @ 10 - 11am

Cost: $100 includes meditation CD. Bookings required.
